项目概况：为提高城市品位，改善城市居民的居住条件，在南丰县琴城镇艾源村境内兴建一座现代化垃圾处理中心。建成后的垃圾处理中心，一方面可清洁城市，另一方面可变废为宝，加工处理后可制作南丰蜜桔所需要的专用有机肥料。

建设内容及规模：垃圾处理中心包括办公楼和处理车间，占地约30亩，日处理垃圾在100吨以上。

建设条件：，建设地点环境优越，地域开阔，距离城市适中（约8公里）；目前县城人口近10万人，有一定的垃圾量，日产垃圾80吨，年产垃圾约2.8万吨；该项目已申报中央国债项目。

投资金额：项目总投资2400万元

合作方式：合作、独资

优惠政策：南丰县出台的有关优惠政策。

经济效益：运营期平均年收入570万元。

On Construction of Civil Garbage

Processing Center

Project Overview

To improve city image and residential conditions, build a modern garbage processing center in Aiyuan Village, Qinchen Town, Nanfeng County. After construction, the functions of the processing center are:1. cleaning the city; 2. changing the waste into valuable resources, such as organic fertilizer for Nanfeng orange.

Project Content and Scale

The garbage processing center will includes a office building and a processing workshop, with an area of 30 mu and a daily processing amount of above 100 tons. 

Project Background

The construction site should be superior in environment and wide in area, and about 8 kilometers away from town. Currently, the population in the county is nearly 100,000, and the weight of garbage is 80 tons and 28,000 tons daily and annually. This project was declared as Projects Financed by National Debts.

Amount to Invest

24 billion yuan in total.
