项目概况：模具是生产各种工业产品的重要工艺装备。南丰县现有塑料制品企业十多家，各类注塑机近200台，每年模具消耗量很大，当地无模具生产加工企业，所需模具均从外省调入。现又落户两家生产电动车及其配件的企业，急需引进模具生产加工企业与之配套。

建设内容和规模：新建厂房及配套设施5000平方米，引进先进的制模生产设备，设计、制造注塑、五金、压铸等各类模具。

建设条件：1、汽车、摩托车、家电等制造业在中部的崛起,江西省已成为模具应用大省,模具年需求量在9亿元以上。但江西省模具制造业相对落后,年制造能力只有1亿元左右,省内市场缺口巨大

2、南丰县是中国蜜桔之乡，蜜桔的鲜销外运带动了当地塑料制品为主的加工业的发展。现有塑料制品企业十多家，拥有近200台注塑机，每年模具消耗量很大，所需模具均为外省调入

3、当前已落户两家生产电动摩托车及其配件的大型企业，急需寻找模具生产加工企业相配套

 4、南丰县土地便宜、电力供应充足，水资源、劳动力资源丰富，交通便利，具备办厂的基本条件。

Project overview

 Molds are important processing facilities for production of various industrial

products. Currently, there are over 10 plastic product producer and nearly 200 
sets of injection machines in Nanfeng, and the molds consumption was very 
large every year. For the sake of no mold producer in local market, the molds
 needed are all introduced from other provinces. Two electric vehicle and
 accessory producer was entered into our industrial estate resently,
 so we are in urgent need of mold producers.    

Construction content and scale

 Build a new factory with auxiliary facilities of an area of 5,000 sq.m.,
and introduce advanced molding production equipment,and then design 
and make molds for injection, metaland casting etc.  

Project Background

1. Along with the soaring of auto, motorcycle and home appliance 
industries, Jiangxi Province has become a province calls for large 
mold application, and the annual demand was over RMB0.9 billion. 
Comparatively,the local mold production fell behind, and the annual
capability was about RMB0.1 billion, so the market gap was very huge;
2. Nanfeng is Home of Nanfeng Orange, and the preservation and 
transport of orange boost the plasticproduction industry. 
Currently, there are over 10 plastic product producer 
and nearly 200 sets of injection machines in Nanfeng, and the molds
 consumption is very large. For the sake of no mold producer in local market, 
the molds needed are all introduced from other provinces;3.Two electric vehicle 
and accessory producer was entered into our industrial estate resently, 
so mold producers are requested urgently;4.There are many basic conditions for 
establishing factories in Nanfeng, such as cheap land, abundantpowersupply/water/labor 
and convenient traffic etc.
