项目概况：采取“自主投资、自主开发、自主招商、自主管理”运作模式，在工业园创办占地300亩以上的特色工业园，政府无偿供应毛地，开发商自行负责。
建设内容：在划定区域内，按照规划方案进行平整土地、建设道路、水电、兴建标准性厂房及附属设施等基础设施。
建设条件：南丰县具有较好的区位优势和交通条件，具承接东部沿海地区产业向中部地区转移之利；土地便宜，电力供应充足，水资源、劳动力资源丰富，在南丰县创办特色工业园，投资成本远低于经济发达地区;境内山青水秀、空气清新，“亲商、安商、扶商、富商”氛围浓厚，有着良好的居住和投资环境。
投资金额：5000万元以上

优惠政策：全面享受南丰县出台的优惠政策，并可实行一事一议，依法依规给予更多的优惠政策。
投资效益：投资兴办特色工业园区，投资商主要可从四个方面获得回报：一是工业用地、厂房出让或出租给进园企业的收益；二是服务和商贸用地的开发和经营收益；三是为入园企业提供管理和服务得到的增值收益；四是受益财政给予扶助奖励资金。

Project Overview
Applying an operation mode of "Independent investment, development, investment invitation and management", the Nanfeng County Government will grant over 300 mu charge-free undeveloped land for property developers, who shall take charge of the establishing of industrial estate on the land independently.
Project Content
According to the planning scheme, and in the plotted area, carry out land formation and infrastructure construction such as roads, water and electricity, standard premises and ancillary facilities etc.
Project Conditions
Along with geographic advantage of connecting East China littoral and Central China and convenient traffic, Nanfeng has good conditions for establishing industrial estates. Economic land, solid power supply, abundant water and human resourses, enable the much lower investment cost than economically developed areas in China. Moreover, the natural atmosphere is suitable for dwelling, and the policy of "favoring, comforting, supporting and enriching the merchants" will bring a profitable environment.

Approaches to Cooperation
Sole investment or joint venture. Preferential Policies:The investors will enjoy fully the preferential policies issued from Nanfeng County, and special favor will be given for specific cases according to laws and rules.
Investment Benefit
By investing in the establishment of industrial estate, the investors could get return on: 1. income from remising or renting the land for industrial use and premises to enterprises; 2. income from developing and managing the land for service and commercial use; 3. value-added income from providing management and services for enterprises in the industrial estate; 4.
