项目概况：军峰山位于南丰县三溪乡境内，海拔1761米，是赣东第一高峰，它险绝、神奇、秀美，有着天然的较好的森林资源和生态环境，被中科院鉴定为五级旅游资源。军峰山森林资源和动植物资源丰富，有近12万亩的原始森林，娃娃鱼、红豆杉、银杏等国家保护级动植物种类繁多，山上气候宜人，极适宜旅游休闲开发。
项目内容：修建景区公路88公里；盘山公路30公里；修建观景台30处 ，建筑面积4000平方米；修复观、庙等古建筑12处，建筑面积6000平方米；修建若干所旅馆及仿古避暑山庄包括附属设施一处，建筑面积16000平方米；修索道四条；游步道40公里；傩文化保护区一处，建筑面积2000平方米；其它附属设施等。
建设条件：南丰县森林旅游资源丰富，地理位置优越，旅游气候适宜，历史文化背景好，是全国有名的“蜜桔之乡”和“傩舞之乡”。
投资规模：项目建设总投资46000万元
合作方式：合资、独资
优惠政策：全面享受南丰县出台的优惠政策外，还可“一事一议”，享受更加优惠的政策。
经济效益：项目建成后，预计年均接待游客达50万人次，年创收入15000万元，同时可带来良好的社会效益和生态效益。

Project Overview
Junfeng Mountain locates in Sanxi Village of Nanfeng County, its elevation is 1,761 meters—the highest in East Jiangxi. Mt Junfeng is danger, supernatural and excellent with good forest resource and eco environment, and was appraised as Tier 5 Tourism Resource by Chinese Academy of Sciences. Junfeng Mountain has nearly 120,000 mu of virgin forest and various state-protected animals and
plants such as giant salamander, yew and gingko etc. The climate is pleasant on the mountain, and suitable for development of tourism and retreatment.
Project Content
1. Build 88 kilometers of road for sight area, and 30 kilometers of road around the mountain; 2. Build 30 observation decks with a building area of 4,000 square meters; 3. Restore 12 taoist and buddhist temple whose building area is 6,000 square meters; 4. build several hotels and a archaize summer palace with ancillary facilities with a building area of 16,000 square meters; 5. build 4 ropeways and 40 kilometers of pavement; 6. Build a Nuo Culture Reserve with a building area of 2,000 square meters; 7. other ancillary facilities.
Project Background
Nanfeng County is abundant in forest resource, superior in geographic location, pleasant in climate and centuries-old in history and culture. Besides, Nanfeng is the famous "Origin of Nanfeng Orange" and "Village of Nuo Dancing".
