建设内容： 南丰生物科技产业园首期规划面积1000余亩，按照“绿色、环保、健康”的原则，突出科技优势、和谐生态和资源特色，重点发挥产业群体、研究开发、孵化创新、规模生产四大功能，以生态公园的品位追求、天人合一的环境理念，全力打造具备生物科技产品研发、生产、销售一条龙体系的园林式绿色生态精品产业园区，项目可分步实施，分期投资。
建设条件： 1、南丰县位于江西省东部，毗邻福建，具有较好的区位优势和交通条件，目前昌厦一级公路、南建战备公路穿境而过，京福高速公路擦边而行，规划建设的山东济南至广州、南昌至福建莆田铁路将从园区边缘通过； 2、在南丰县进行科技产业园整体开发，投资成本远低于经济发达地区。土地便宜，电力供应充足，水资源、劳动力资源丰富; 3、境内山青水秀、空气清新，“亲商、安商、扶商、富商”氛围浓厚，有着良好的居住和投资环境; 4、整体开发科技产业园，可全面享受南丰县出台的优惠政策，并可实行一事一议，依法依规给予更多的优惠政策。
投资金额： 总投资2亿元人民币，可分步实施，分期投资。

Project Content
More than 1000 mu land will be plotted for the establishment of Nanfeng Bio-Tech Industrial Park at the first stage. The principle is "Green, Eco-efficient and Healthy". Technology advantages, eco-harmony and resource features should be standed out, and 4 big functions known as "business circle cooperation, research and development, innovation and mass production" should be displayed fully. Pursuing to establishing an eco park on the environment mindset of "the unity of nature and man", the developer is to establish a state-of-the-art landscape-style industrial park, in which bio-tech products would be developed, produced and sold as a streamline system. The project can be carried out and invested in stage by stage.
Project Background
1. Nanfeng County located in the east of Jiangxi Province, and borders Fujian Province. It has geographic advantage and convenient traffic, because it is crossed through by Changxia A Road and Nanjian Road for Combat Readiness, and is bypassed by Jingfu Highway. Besides, a railway from Jinan, Shandong to Guangzhou and from Nanchang to Putian, Fujian will be build under planning which is bypassed the edge of Industrial Estate. 2.Economic land, solid power supply, abundant water and human resourses, enable the much lower investment cost than economically developed areas in China. 3. The natural atmosphere is suitable for dwelling, and the policy of "favoring, comforting, supporting and enriching the merchants" will bring a profitable environment. 4. The developer will enjoy fully the preferential policies issued from Nanfeng County, and special favor will be given for specific cases according to laws and rules.
